Week 3 Blog


1: The emails that I am getting from all are good. The Black Rifle Coffee their emails are just once a week or just when they are having a sale. The 1776 United, now their emails are every Wednesday, which are talking about what is new and what is on sale. I do get a lot more of those emails, they let their customers know what is going on.  The Dunkin Donuts is okay, they don't do a lot of emails, they are more Twitter and Instagram for their product.

2: The Black Rifle Coffee website, their website is very informative. They have what their product is about, what they are selling, how to be a member all on the front page. I think they are not using the internet to their full advantage. I know that they are on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. They are more on Twitter than any other social media. I know that their Instagram, show lots of their product, but it’s the same thing on Facebook too. They don’t post anything different from Facebook or Instagram.

3: The Black Rifle Coffee website does target their audience; they are targeting people who like coffee. The home page is all about what kind of coffee and merchandise that they are selling.  When you scroll to the bottom of the page it tells you more about who they are, why it's the best coffee around, and who they support and why.  They are getting the word out about the coffee, by merchandise with their name on it, and most importantly why they are making the coffee.  The goal is to support the troops, police officers, and first responder with the proceeds from the coffee.

Dunkin

Dunkin Donuts has been around since 1950. Its mission back then was to serve guests high-quality coffee and donuts with fast and friendly service at an affordable price. The company is still around because it has changed with time. The marketing now is to focus is on raising the bar on the quality and variety of foods and beverage available in the quick-service industry.

Dunkin donuts a strong social media campaign., like Twitter.
Example of one of their campaign was:
Where if you tweet a picture of yourself drinking Dunkin coffee or eating a Dunkin Donut you would be given a free doughnut.

They are now changing their name to just Dunkin, because the tagline line was “American runs on Dunking, so they changed it to just Dunkin. It has help sales have gone up since the name changed. 
I think that Dunkin, has been able to change and keep up the business with all the new advisement out there, and they update the marketing strategy according to where the American’s are going and doing.

Coffee


Hello,

This blog is about the Black Rifle Coffee company.

What is Black Rifle Coffee:

They are veteran-owned coffee the company, their coffee is a premium, small-batch, roast-to-order, that are we import our high-quality coffee beans from Colombia and Brazil, then we personally blend and roast every one of our coffees. They are still a small company.
This company uses the internet for most of its sales. It started out online only, online was the only way to get coffee. They are now letting it to some local stores, but still hard to find. This company is using  Interactive channels currently. The way they can improve is letting a more independent company or small businesses sell their items

They are reaching their target audiences by word of mouth, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and events.
