Blog Project Week 6

WEEK 6 ASSIGNMENT

1.    Analyze the website and mobile presence of the company you are following.2.  Discuss in your blog. Has the company followed good web design principles? Are mobile applications easy to find and use? What suggestions for improvement might you make based on good web design principles?3.    Discuss the above in your blog.

The company I am following is Black Rifle Coffee.

I feel that they are following web design principles, by have the web site be very simple, with a good image to show what they are selling and what their purpose is. It is easy to navigate, with good communication, easy to read and load very quietly no images not showing up.  The mobile site it’s just the same as the same points as the website just in a small version and it does not lag with loading the images on the phone. Has the same basic information just more compact than the website. The mobile application is easy to find and very used to use. I do most of my ordering from the mobile site then the website.  Right now, there are advising for Father’s Day which is good, its right at the top and has a bundle under the big ads about it, which I think is a good idea.

Suggestion for improvement might be clean up the white space a little better, has some white space that is on the design.  Suggestion on the mobile site not to have the help button keeps popping up.  I like their website and had it pops with the images and easy to navigate with no problems.
